Prozac is part of a class of antidepressants known as SSRI’s or Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors that have been found to increase the risk of birth defects when taken during pregnancy. Our office is handling Prozac birth defect lawsuit claims nationwide. The Prozac lawsuit alleges that the manufacturer of Prozac failed to adequately warn mothers and doctors of the risks of the drug on fetal development and will seek compensation for children’s past and future medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, disability and disfigurement.
